MEET RUBY NOLT
Ruby has spent over twenty years facilitating, training, and coordinating group alignment towards collective goals. Most recently working in the social service industry, Ruby launched multiple advocacy programs for children and families, empowering communities and families during crises to co-create paths forward. She is experienced in trauma-informed crisis management, curriculum design, and facilitating conversations with varying perspectives for the sake of a positive resolution.
She is driven by her conviction to show everyone dignity and respect, believing in the value of each person’s story. She is passionate about developing leaders and creating dynamic, healthy teams. Ruby is certified in the 6 Types of Working Genius from The Table Group.
