MEET MINDY HAAS

Mindy is a Leadership and Team Coach, certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her experiences of discovering meaningful work led her to the coaching profession. In her coaching practice, she guides leaders to define their vision, identify their values, and tap into their innate strengths so they can find more fulfillment in their work. Mindy is also certified in DISC, Driving Forces, Emotional Intelligence, and Leadership Skills assessments through Target Training International (TTI). She regularly utilizes these tools to deepen self-awareness and awareness of others’ styles to create more impact in their leadership. As a team coach, she facilitates conversations to move teams towards high performance and provides resources to equip teams for success.
