Prior to shifting into coaching and facilitation, Mindy boasts 12 years of client management experience in the healthcare industry. Her quest to discover purpose-driven work drives her passion for helping clients bring their values and work into alignment. Mindy is certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF); Mindy is also certified in DISC, Driving Forces, Emotional Intelligence, and Leadership Skills assessments through Target Training International (TTI). Through adept utilization of assessment tools, Mindy facilitates deep self-awareness and comprehension of others’ working styles, empowering leaders to elevate their impact.
