MEET CYNTHIA MOORE-HOLLINSHED
Cynthia Moore-Hollinshed is the founder of Coaching for Clarity, LLC, where she provides leadership coaching, instructional design, and curriculum consultation. She also supports organizations in the creation and implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
Cynthia served as an educator for 15 years. She reformed the urban school education systems across the country as a Curriculum and Instruction Specialist and Professional Developer. She has worked as an executive leadership coaching a variety of professional contexts.
Cynthia partners with Scott Hackman Ventures on curriculum design for leadership development training programs and facilitating learning sessions.
Cynthia holds a B.S. in English Language Arts from the University of Kansas, a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Avila University, and ABD – Doctoral Candidate in Leadership and Learning from University of Missouri, Kansas City. She is also certified in Diversity and Inclusion with Cornell University.
